Account Manager Job Description

At Perimeter Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including Acute Behavioral Hospitals, Behavioral Health Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement market plans, and collaborate with our sales team to drive growth.
  • Referral Source Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with referral sources, including daily, weekly, and monthly interactions, and generate reports to analyze trends.
  • Education and Networking: Plan and execute education and networking events for professionals and patients, and act as a liaison between facilities regarding potential admissions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Complete weekly and monthly statistical reporting, and develop facility-specific business plans to maintain patient census and referral flow.
