As a Sales Account Specialist at thyssenkrupp, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer service via phone, email, and periodic meetings to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate issue resolution between customers, Boeing, and internal staff members to resolve problems efficiently.
- Service assigned account loads with a high level of customer satisfaction, accurately communicating customer requirements and resolving problems promptly.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels, with evaluations based on customer feedback, email correspondence, and surveys.
- Run, modify, and analyze reports to meet account management needs, including batch reports, sales analysis, lifecycle, aging reports, and rock reports.
- Complete action items from customer meetings and emails, and administer the Sales tab on Elevation forms and PTA (premium freight transportation).
- Support completion of order entry, purchase order change, plant movement, AOG, or quote preparation as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of previous customer service experience.
- Solid computer skills beyond the basic level.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-starting, dependable, and willing to take ownership of goals and performance.
- Flexible in scheduling and available for overtime as needed.
