We are seeking passionate and service-minded individuals to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work independently, manage your own time, and build a self-sustaining referral stream. Our sales system is designed to help you succeed, and we offer intensive training and support to ensure your success.

Responsibilities:

- Present and sell our products to new and existing clients

- Resolve client inquiries

- Learn our proven sales system in training and use it in the field

- Present and sell company products to new and existing customers, individuals, and groups

- Prospect and contact potential customers

- Reach agreed-upon activity goals

- Set follow-up appointments with potential customers

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in outside sales is preferred but we will train the right candidate

- Ability to build rapport with new people quickly

- Ability to work independently and manage your own time

- Deadline, goal, and detail-orientation

- Make a positive first impression

- Possess insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hiring
