Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will represent HMA by selling all lines of HMA business, including medical, dental, vision, and solution products. You will develop producer relationships, strategically manage your territory, and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Represent HMA by selling all lines of HMA business
- Develop and execute a long-term strategic plan to win business
- Maintain a top prospect list and sales pipeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Build and maintain effective business relationships with producers and clients
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- 5-7+ years of sales experience required
- 5+ years in employee benefits required
- Proven record of accomplishment achieving sales goals and transitioning accounts
- Ability to develop and execute a long-term strategic plan to win business
