Primary Responsibilities:

What We Are Looking For:

  • Demonstrated Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably within the cannabis sector.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of closing deals and managing negotiations effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of our offerings and the cannabis market.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities.
  • Relationship Management: A history of developing and maintaining robust customer relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer usage and various software applications.
  • Self-Motivated: An independent, proactive approach to work.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Local Engagement: Residing in or around the relevant area, with a focus on safety in all operations.

Physical Demands:

  • Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Required travel within the state.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit (Mandatory)
