Primary Responsibilities:

What We Are Looking For:
- Demonstrated Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably within the cannabis sector.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of closing deals and managing negotiations effectively.
- Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of our offerings and the cannabis market.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities.
- Relationship Management: A history of developing and maintaining robust customer relationships.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer usage and various software applications.
- Self-Motivated: An independent, proactive approach to work.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Local Engagement: Residing in or around the relevant area, with a focus on safety in all operations.
Physical Demands:
- Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Required travel within the state.
Licenses/Certifications:
- OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit (Mandatory)
