Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative

Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify new customers for Snider Fleet Solutions
  • Develop and execute a personal sales plan to meet established monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals
  • Identify customer needs and business goals, and design and develop programs to meet those needs
  • Utilize Snider Fleet Solutions' Customer Relations Management Software (CRM) to manage daily sales activity
  • Actively seek and develop new accounts and represent the company to potential customers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years' outside sales experience, with a proven track record of new account development
  • Clear understanding of the sales cycle and process
  • Proven negotiating and sales closing skills
  • Ability to analyze customer programs to maximize profitability and customer service experience
