As part of our ongoing growth, we are in search of a highly accomplished Senior Vice President, Client Advisor to join our Retirement Team. This role will primarily concentrate on attracting new assets from institutional investors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with institutional investors to secure new assets, representing the firm on behalf of our clients.
  • Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including managing the RFP process to ensure high-quality responses.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with institutional clients, comprehending their investment requirements and delivering customized solutions.
  • Remain updated on market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor movements to pinpoint potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive investment strategies and services to clients.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  • Senior Vice President: 8 to 10+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience in an institutional sales capacity within the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with various investment strategies, particularly in credit, structured credit, listed equities, or private markets.
  • Understanding of corporate and public retirement investment products and related regulations.
  • Possession of CFA, CAIA, and/or MBA credentials.
  • Demonstrated success in asset acquisition and achieving sales objectives.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to grasp complex investment products and strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
