Job Summary

The duty management leader is responsible for directing supervisory personnel within assigned functional areas, overseeing staffing requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction through daily feedback. This role also involves acting as a liaison between first-level supervisors and upper management, monitoring the work of assigned employees to ensure that customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality, and employee relations meet or exceed standards. Additionally, the duty management leader must maintain and control all required aspects of the operation in accordance with the corporate security program and TSA legislation.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as applicable union contracts and governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or managers, clients, and customers.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to operate equipment and hold necessary licensing (if applicable).
  • Ability to perform specific responsibilities related to your shift.
  • Reports to work on a regular and timely basis.
Minimum Requirements
  • Two to five years of previous management or specialist supervisory experience in field service duties.
  • A college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Airline pricing experience.
  • Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), holidays, and days off.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
