Job Overview

Lumistry is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and upselling/renewal opportunities in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails
  • Partner with Sales Development Reps to set meetings and coordinate follow-up activities
  • Assess prospects' needs and tailor outreach accordingly
  • Work a high-velocity deal cycle managing a large volume pipeline
  • Consistently and accurately record all sales activities
  • Work with onboarding and delivery teams to proactively address any obstacles with new customers
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Represent the company and its brand in the marketplace

Requirements:

  • Associates or bachelor's degree and 2+ years' sales experience, preferably in software
  • Self-motivated, independent, and high-performance individual with ability to learn and become productive extremely fast
  • Experience evaluating opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and retention within a book of business
  • Heath-tech experience a plus
  • Smart, Hungry, Humble, and curious
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
