Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Optimize financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure effective cost control.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing management team, provide coaching and training, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional guest experiences, respond to guest concerns, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in financial management, operations, and leadership.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
