The Retail Operations Supervisor (ROS) plays a crucial role in managing the daily functions of the store. This position serves as a key support for all areas of the business, ensuring that each team member is focused on their responsibilities and prioritizing tasks effectively in high-need areas. The ROS also assists departments during peak times and is responsible for mentoring and guiding staff on productivity, safety, and customer service, while ensuring accountability across the team. Cleanliness, safety, customer service, and operational efficiency are paramount. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including availability on weekends.

This is a Full-Time Salaried Role; prior experience will be considered.
