Compensation & Work Schedule:

  • B and B Maintenance provides competitive hourly wages, negotiable based on expertise and skill level.
  • Comprehensive benefits available after 60 days of employment.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 3 PM to 11 PM, with occasional weekend shifts as required.
  • All necessary supplies, company technology, and travel expenses are covered by B and B Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, conduct and document regular site evaluations, execute scheduled projects, and cover for team members when needed.
  • Supervise a team of 5 or more, assign tasks, respond to company communications, and engage in meetings with management.
  • Recruit, train, and ensure compliance of all staff within your department with company, governmental, and client policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the operational condition of cleaning equipment and report any deficiencies or repair needs to management.
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards and complete all required training provided by the corporate office.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation prior to employment.
  • Previous leadership experience and knowledge in floor/window care is advantageous.
  • Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and E-Verify is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with basic technology, including the ability to access websites, emails, and documents via Google Drive on both computers and smartphones.
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and thrive within the organization.
