Position Summary:
The Caf Junior Kitchen Supervisor acts as the "third in command" within the kitchen, assisting the Caf Chef in overseeing food preparation for all offerings at Healthy Living Market and Café. This role involves supervising kitchen staff, participating in food production, and ensuring adherence to quality and cost standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain composure under pressure while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Effectively multitask and communicate with the Caf Chef and Sous Chef regarding staffing and operational matters.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in accordance with café standards.
- Exemplify hospitality and serve as a role model for team members.
- Possess a culinary degree or substantial cooking experience, along with at least one year of supervisory experience and three years in a professional kitchen.

$20.63 per hour
