Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Clinician to join our team at Georgetown University. The successful candidate will provide psychotherapy, counseling, and outreach services to students, as well as consultations to deans, faculty, staff, and parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual, group, and crisis intervention services to Georgetown students, with a focus on students of color and those from marginalized identities.
  • Develop and implement outreach programming and consultation services to University offices and students.
  • Supervise trainees as designated by the Associate Director for Training.
  • Manage notes and documentation, attending meetings and completing other responsibilities as designated by supervisor and/or Director.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
  • Demonstrated experience as a psychologist or social worker, with a D.C. license in psychology or social work required within one year of hire date.
  • Previous experience in a university counseling center providing outreach services to students is highly preferred.
Work Mode Designation

This position has been designated as Hybrid, with the possibility of changing to meet the evolving needs of the University.

Compensation

The projected salary range for this position is $54,000 - $100,493, determined by a number of factors including the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education.
