We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator for Accounting and Finance to join our team at Great Atlantic Management. In this role, you will assist the finance department with processing accounts payable, coordinate with the operations department to complete various reports and tasks, and provide administrative support to the marketing department. You will also be responsible for ordering and restocking office supplies, receiving and distributing mail and packages, and taking mail to the post office or deposits to the bank.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and office administration, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
