Accounting and Office Operations Coordinator

At Great Atlantic Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Accounting and Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $21.64 per hour, along with various benefits and growth opportunities.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who can assist the Finance Department with processing accounts payable, coordinate with the Operations Department to complete reports and tasks using Excel and property management software, and provide administrative support to the Marketing Department.
The ideal candidate will have excellent computer navigation skills, extraordinary attention to detail, familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software, and outstanding interpersonal skills. They should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities- Assist the Finance Department with processing accounts payable
- Coordinate with the Operations Department to complete reports and tasks using Excel and property management software
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department
- Order and restock office supplies
- Receive and distribute mail and packages to various departments
- Take mail to the post office or deposits to the bank
