Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to join our Property Management Team. As a Lead Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe and comfortable living environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair activities across multiple properties
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
- Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders to resolve maintenance-related issues
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and develop plans to address them
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a multifamily housing setting
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Ability to read and comprehend budgets and financial reports
- Supervisory experience and ability to lead a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
