Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to join our Property Management Team. As a Lead Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair activities across multiple properties
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders to resolve maintenance-related issues
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties

Requirements

  • Supervisory experience and ability to lead a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
