Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Indigo Real Estate. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance.
- Manage and maintain all maintenance equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order and properly stored.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments, including property management and leasing, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective service.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent (BA preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- Effective conflict resolution and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize numerous requests and incoming information to ensure an appropriate level of response and urgency is given to each.
- Ability to set priorities and multi-task with a strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Yardi or eSite/AMSI or other property management software preferred.
- Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
