Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians in diagnosing and repairing issues with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other systems.
  • Schedule and monitor maintenance activities, responding to work order requests from residents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, working with outside contractors as needed.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in apartment maintenance, with a current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and professional approach to customer service.
  • Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
