About the Role

As a key member of our sales team at Dagster Labs, you will play a crucial role in expanding our mid-market segment. This position is vital for our growing organization and offers you the chance to make a significant impact.

This is a full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits. We operate as a distributed team with members located throughout the U.S. and offer fully remote positions. We are particularly seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive for the West Coast region. Each employee receives a remote work stipend to support their home office setup or any other resources that enhance their remote work experience. If you prefer not to work from home, we will also cover the costs associated with coworking or office spaces for remote employees.
Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure both existing and new clients for our mid-market offerings. We are looking for driven, competitive, and self-motivated professionals who have excelled in similar positions.   • Identify inbound opportunities and qualify outbound leads.
  • Assist in refining the sales process and strategy to enhance your effectiveness.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including product demonstrations, account management, generating quotes, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our support, product, and development teams.
Essential Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a strong preference for those with data orchestration experience.
  • A strong sense of urgency and a drive to exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • A willingness to enhance your technical skills; while you won't need to analyze server logs, being open to learning the fundamentals is essential.
  • Adaptable and receptive to coaching; we will be continuously refining our sales approach, and we expect you to do the same.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
