Convenience Food Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Convenience Food Specialist at Radiant Ventures. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a wide range of convenience food products that meet the high standards of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package convenience food products according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure the availability of convenience food products in the store, including timely restocking and rotation of stock.
- Monitor and maintain the quality and freshness of convenience food products, including salads and dressings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production or a related field is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
