Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
  • Supervise and manage a team of emergency communications professionals
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Develop and manage the department's budget and resources
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in emergency communications
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. public administration, emergency management)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in emergency communications or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
