Guest Experience Manager Role

At CAVA, we're seeking a talented Guest Experience Manager to join our team. This key role is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations, motivating and leading team members, and ensuring a safe and positive environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop Team Members and Special Ops Trainers
  • Oversee the entire guest experience, ensuring high standards are met
  • Develop Culinary Leads and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • Manage food and beverage operations, including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • Assist with deliveries and other duties as assigned
  • Cross-train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth and development
  • May be required to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to bend and reach overhead frequently
  • Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots, and pans
  • Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold
  • Must be comfortable working near open flames
  • May be required to work in tight spaces
  • Must maintain near-constant communication with multiple people
  • Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision are required
  • Must be able to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
  • Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safety
  • May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions
