Mobile Engineering Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Engineering Manager to lead our established and thriving mobile team near Troy, Michigan.

This is a player-coach position, where you will split your time evenly between hands-on coding, maintenance, and pushing regular releases and updates, as well as managing the team.

The ideal candidate will have prior management experience, as well as expertise in both Android and iOS development. Our core tech stack is Dart and Flutter, and experience with IoT or B2C applications is a plus.

This is an onsite position, requiring a 5-day workweek. If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume for immediate consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 4 mobile engineers
  • Develop and maintain mobile applications using Dart and Flutter
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile development
  • Proven track record of managing and leading teams
  • Expertise in Android and iOS development
  • Experience with Dart and Flutter
