  • Posting and Depositing: Post and deposit installment, renewal, and commission payments to Wells Fargo daily, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Document Management: Create and distribute daily deposits, payables, and ACH transfers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Returned Mail: Process returned mail, following established procedures to minimize delays and ensure compliance.
  • Flat Cancellation: Perform Flat Cancellation on Premium Finance contracts as required, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Refund Processing: Verify and mail customer refund checks, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Write-Offs: Process small balance write-offs as required, following established procedures to minimize delays and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in insurance, banking, finance, or consumer loan industries required.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of Windows, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Office; effective oral and written communication skills; ability to thrive in a high-paced setting, work under pressure, and meet required deadlines; strong time management and organizational skills; attention to detail.
