  • Maintains fixed asset and leasehold improvement schedules
  • Reconciles branch bank deposit accounts monthly
  • Assists with daily treasury management and banking transactions
  • Prepares, processes, and reports monthly credit insurance transactions
  • Collects, reviews, and processes related to tax reporting

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting and a minimum of two years of experience in an accounting, accounts payable, and data processing function, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong MS Excel and MS Access skills, with experience with MS Dynamics General Ledger a plus
  • Ability to effectively extract and analyze information from multiple databases and prepared reports
  • Ability to organize own work, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines
  • Ability to complete all assigned duties and special projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in Lending and Finance
  • Ability and desire to work with others in a positive and constructive manner
