Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Analyst to support our customer, the National Institute of Health Office of Director.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate the impact of policies on various stakeholders, including designing impact evaluations, gathering and analyzing relevant data, preparing summaries of findings, and making recommendations on corrective actions.
- Serve as the Policy Inventory Coordinator when needed, serving as the primary point of contact from the Office of Research on Women's Health (ORWH) for the NIH Office of Director on policies.
- Review policy and regulation that govern the activities performed in the program, providing recommendations on co-fund availability and expenditures.
- Provide support in pre-travel approval and travel planning, collecting pre-travel authorization documentation from travelers.
- Coordinate a number of ORWH activities, including office renovations and office moves, property management support, updates to organizational charts, FTE data, staff lists, and phone numbers.
- Capture meeting minutes and prepare final documentation for distribution to participants.
- Perform in-depth analysis and statistical comparison of organizational data and information.
- Identify NIH or other data sources and perform data queries, literature reviews; develop data needed to prepare reports.
- Prepare reports in the areas of budget, procurement, HR, and travel; arrange reports and presentations for meetings.
- Assist financial managers prepare annual appropriated budget request.
- Conduct workforce studies and provide in-depth analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in business management and administration or in a related field paired with relevant experience.
- Master's degree in business or biomedical field is preferred.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and Concur.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- U.S. Citizenship.
