Client Relationship Manager

The Client Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the customer service for all designated accounts within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring product rotation, verifying the accuracy of point-of-sale materials, introducing new products to clients, meeting monthly sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement promotional sales initiatives
- Maintain a professional market presence
- Ensure A&B branded materials are prominently displayed
- Monitor sales and ensure clients have adequate stock available
- Execute National and Regional Sales Programs
- Follow the Game Plan Priority Calendar with clients
- Establish and nurture new partnerships with potential retailers
- Adhere to all guidelines outlined in the employee handbook
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to uphold customer service standards
- Demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Be available to work during holidays and weekends as necessary
- Report directly to the District Manager
Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with experience using sales applications within ERP systems
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service, retail, sales, or related fields
- Familiarity with various sales platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in off-premise sales
- Over 2 years of customer service or sales experience in the beverage alcohol sector
- More than 2 years of experience in sales and service industries
Physical Requirements:
Must be capable of lifting 25 to 75 lbs regularly, climbing, reaching, and performing various physical tasks essential to the role.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A current valid driver's license that meets the insurance carrier's standards for an acceptable driver.
