Job Overview

The Client Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the customer service for all designated accounts within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring product rotation, verifying the accuracy of point-of-sale materials, introducing new products to clients, meeting monthly sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement promotional sales initiatives
  • Maintain a professional market presence
  • Ensure A&B branded materials are prominently displayed
  • Monitor sales and ensure clients have adequate stock available
  • Execute National and Regional Sales Programs
  • Follow the Game Plan Priority Calendar with clients
  • Establish and nurture new partnerships with potential retailers
  • Adhere to all guidelines outlined in the employee handbook
  • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to uphold customer service standards
  • Demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Be available to work during holidays and weekends as necessary
  • Report directly to the District Manager

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with experience using sales applications within ERP systems
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service, retail, sales, or related fields
  • Familiarity with various sales platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience in off-premise sales
  • Over 2 years of customer service or sales experience in the beverage alcohol sector
  • More than 2 years of experience in sales and service industries

Physical Requirements:

Must be capable of lifting 25 to 75 lbs regularly, climbing, reaching, and performing various physical tasks essential to the role.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A current valid driver's license that meets the insurance carrier's standards for an acceptable driver.
