Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled manager to lead the cleaning operations for a facility. This role demands an individual with a proven track record in managing a workforce effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and adherence to safety programs.
  • Complete all required online management and leadership training.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and deploy a competent team of cleaning staff.
  • Ensure compliance with labor, supply, and equipment budgetary targets.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and address any deficiencies promptly.
  • Engage in periodic performance evaluations with client leadership to ensure consistent achievement of cleaning standards.
  • Adapt to evolving customer needs and expectations.
  • Be hands-on in all aspects of the contract as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated leadership and management experience.
  • Prior experience in a managerial role within janitorial or housekeeping services is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Experience with electronic timekeeping systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: $55,000 - $57,000 (paid weekly).

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday.
