Key Responsibilities- Provide user support and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner
- Monitor and respond to IT helpdesk tickets, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software, including workstations, printers, and servers
- Manage inventory of equipment, software, and licenses, ensuring that our systems are up-to-date and compliant with company policies
- Perform PC maintenance, upgrades, and configurations, as well as provide assistance with smartphone and messaging device support
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to develop and implement IT strategies and policies
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in computer science or technical school preferred
- Technical support experience beneficial; A+ certification, Network+, and Security+ certifications a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to facilities as needed
- Ability to lift PC equipment (50lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment
This is an office environment with occasional temperature changes. Employees are protected from weather conditions or contaminants.
