About the Role

Are you skilled in the art of construction and carpentry? Do you take pride in your ability to work with your hands to build innovative structures? Join our team at PrideStaff, where you will play a vital role in converting shipping containers into tailored modular facilities for diverse sectors.

Position: Construction Specialist

Location: Front Royal, VA

Compensation: Up to $30 per hour based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and adapt shipping containers for practical use as facilities
  • Perform fabrication tasks including cutting, welding, and component installation
  • Execute custom designs in accordance with client requirements
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to uphold high craftsmanship standards
  • Safely and efficiently install container facilities on-site

Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction or carpentry
  • Familiarity with building materials and design concepts
  • Skilled in using tools, welding equipment, and machinery
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Physical endurance to work in various environments
