About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Design Engineer to join our team at NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing RF systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RF systems for our clients, including macro, small cell, and DAS systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) and a minimum of 5+ years of direct engineering experience
  • 5- 7 years of experience with RF Design
  • Experience with Atoll, Roofmaster, SQL, Visio, Ericsson performance tools, and Visual Basic
  • Experience working with Verizon, Ericsson, TMO, and AT&T
  • Willingness to be onsite
