Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RF microwave subsystems, including antennas, amplifiers, and filters
  • Integrate and test RF microwave subsystems, including system-level testing and validation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system-level requirements and specifications
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and test reports
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in RF microwave subsystem design, development, and testing
  • Strong knowledge of RF microwave theory and principles
  • Experience with antenna range integration, test, and system integration
  • Experience with MATLAB and other programming languages
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience with SAP clearance
  • Knowledge of RF and antenna theory
  • Experience with test development in near-field antenna ranges
