Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with clients and team members to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
  • Engage in project production and design development across multiple sectors.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of New York State building codes and regulations.
  • Utilize software tools such as Revit and AutoCAD to produce detailed architectural drawings.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
  • Travel may be required for project-related activities.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural production or consulting.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is preferred.
  • Registered Architect in New York is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is as follows:

  • 5 - 10 years of experience: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
  • 10+ years of experience: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
