Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced VP Sales Enablement and Growth to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute an integrated sales and marketing strategy that aligns with our corporate objectives and accelerates growth.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within information security, cybersecurity, managed security services, or a related technology sector. They will be responsible for building, leading, and mentoring high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes personal growth and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an integrated sales and marketing strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and accelerates growth.
- Own all revenue-generating processes, with a focus on building sustainable, scalable sales and account management strategies for both new and existing clients.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes personal growth and accountability.
- Proven experience working with integrated Sales/Marketing Campaigns
- Experience in today's digital marketing world (SEO, ad words, PPC, social media, etc.)

Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year.
