Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and dependable Pest Management Technician to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with evaluating properties, diagnosing pest issues, and executing suitable treatments to eradicate pests. This position demands exceptional communication abilities and a strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures for pest management plans to ensure pest-free environments for program participants.
- Conduct preventive treatments in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Achieve or demonstrate professional certification in Missouri/Illinois through continuous training.
- Accurately document all service activities and maintain comprehensive records.
- Engage in ongoing training to remain updated on pest management techniques and industry advancements.
- Comply with company policies and procedures consistently, including safety protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in pest management is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid pest control license or certification (training for certification is provided).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Capability to pass a background check and drug screening.
