**The Role:**
This position plays a vital part in bringing our vision to life by working behind the scenes on various programs and initiatives across the SiriusXM platform. Responsibilities include operating studio equipment during live and pre-recorded programs, learning basic troubleshooting elements, and assisting the on-demand/metadata team with their needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Check studio equipment for proper functionality and report technical problems to broadcast ops.* Run the audio console for various live and taped programs.* Edit audio for on-air use.* Keep detailed records of all onsite programming.* Ensure that on-air product meets broadcast standards.* Work with programmers and talent on following onsite SOP operationally.* Assist with some pre- and post-show production, including editing and swiping shows for On Demand.* Provide all-around support during high-profile events and high-volume performance days.* Learn troubleshooting techniques of console, Adobe suite, VSM panel, DJ equipment, codecs, Zetta operating system, and other in-house technical elements.* Work with the On-Demand/Metadata team to assist with Broadview, program type ingestion, user account upkeep, archival maintenance, and troubleshooting.

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.* At least 2 years of experience running an audio board.* At least 2 years of experience in a professional broadcast environment (Radio/TV/Digital), preferably News/Talk or Sports formats.* Flexible schedule with ability to work days, nights, and weekends.* Ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task.* Good public speaking and presentation skills.* Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.* Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.* Previous use of broadcast operation software (Zetta, Prophet, Dalet, NexGen, etc.).* Familiarity with digital audio editing software (OneCut, Audition, ProTools, etc.).

**Estimated Salary Range:**
$44,000 - $57,000 per year, depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role might also be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
