About the Role

Premier Medical Resources is a healthcare management company that strives to leverage the expertise and skillset of its employees to drive quality in all aspects of its operations. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive leadership team by providing administrative support through various tasks related to organization and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate department activities and events to support the executive leadership team.
  • Assist with welcoming new staff and ensure they are situated at the office.
  • Organize different department manuals.
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for the executive department.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and distribution.
  • Develop and maintain a computer and manual filing systems.
  • Ensure administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. are accurate and timely.
  • Document accurate minutes of meetings.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute the mail received for the executive and accounting department.
  • Maintain employees' anniversary dates and birthday celebrations.
  • Orders and maintains office supplies.
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
Requirements
  • Strong computer knowledge including proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Task-oriented and organizational skills; ability to complete tasks timely.
  • Detail-oriented focus; being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Knowledge of various concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email.
  • Ability to ensure all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Two (2) years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License.
