About the Role

As a Business Development Representative at FINTRX, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the private capital market community. You will partner with our sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to engage with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify new opportunities in the private capital market community
  • Work closely with account executives to understand prospect needs and develop knowledge of our solutions
  • Connect with prospects through written and verbal communication to schedule meetings and generate conversations
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting activities to qualify leads and demonstrate persistence and tenacity
  • Develop and consistently meet or exceed assigned quotas and key performance metrics
  • Log all sales activity accurately in our CRM
Requirements
  • Work with a strong sense of urgency and make 50-75 calls per day
  • Possess a passion for learning and achieving in a fast-paced team environment
  • Be self-motivated, dedicated, and driven to succeed
  • Have a strong desire to begin a sales career in a BDR role and learn from successful account executives
  • Prior BDR/SDR experience is a plus
  • BA/BS degree in economics, finance, or a related major is required
