The Production Assistant will gain hands-on experience with our digital printing machinery, bindery tools, large format finishing, shipping processes, quality assurance, and pre-press operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cross-train on various printing and finishing equipment
  • Interpret work orders to establish machine setup instructions and specifications
  • Assist with packaging and shipping tasks
  • Create delivery documentation and update inventory locations
  • Utilize our Management Information System (MIS) for job tracking
  • Perform other essential functions to ensure top-notch customer service and product quality, including operating our envelope printer
  • Exhibit a willingness to assist wherever necessary
  • Manage color accuracy
  • Maintain a detail-oriented approach
