Job Overview

The Clinical Program Manager provides strategic leadership and program management for the treatment foster care department at Open Skies Healthcare. This role involves overseeing program quality assurance, training, and development of treatment services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical supervision and experience leading a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program strategies to improve treatment outcomes
  • Provide clinical supervision to treatment foster care staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery
  • Maintain high standards of program quality and compliance

Requirements:

  • New Mexico licensed independent practitioner (psychiatrist, psychologist, LISW, LPCC, LMFT, psychiatrically certified nurse specialist)
  • Minimum two years experience working in the behavioral health field at the independently-licensed level
  • Minimum one year supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a clinical team
