University of New Mexico is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Clinical Advancement Program (CAP)

CAP offers up to five levels of clinical advancement, with the potential to earn up to $8/hr in addition to base pay. We also offer a sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement, and a weekend day shift differential of 15%.

  • Department: Adult IP Admission Unit
  • Hours: Full-time, 0.9 FTE, day shift

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct care to assigned patients and serve as a clinical leader for other staff. You will ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies and procedures, including those related to patient care for all age groups.

Qualified candidates must have:

  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program
  • An active RN license in New Mexico or a reciprocal state
  • CPR for healthcare/BLS certification

This is a physically demanding role that may involve heavy lifting and require the use of personal protective equipment to handle hazardous materials.
