Job Summary

The University of New Mexico is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to oversee the EMS Medbow program. This is a multifaceted position that requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure the program's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the EMS Medbow program, including budget, operations, and development of standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of the program.
  • Provide day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership to the team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external constituencies on the local and state level.
  • Seek and develop outside funding sources and manage programmatic funds within the parameters of the contract/grant.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; at least 6 years of experience, 2 of which are management level experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
  • Preferred qualifications include UNM experience, supervisor experience, and EMT experience.
