Job Overview

As a key player in our team, the Server will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Position Summary: The Server is tasked with providing exceptional hospitality, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a warm and efficient service atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an extraordinary dining experience by adhering to the company’s service standards.
  • Accurately take and communicate orders with great attention to detail.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the menu, including specials and drink selections.
  • Provide recommendations and address inquiries regarding menu items.
  • Input orders accurately into the point-of-sale system and ensure timely service to guests.
  • Set and clear tables in accordance with restaurant standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow team members and support staff.
  • Promote daily specials and suggest enhancements to elevate the dining experience.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen personnel, management, and colleagues, especially during peak service times.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Comply with alcohol service laws and age verification requirements.
  • Address guest concerns or issues with professionalism and promptness.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a server in a restaurant environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Understanding of basic food safety and health regulations.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capacity to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
  • Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
