Key Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions, including resolving conflicts with patience and diplomacy.

- Ability to address practical challenges and adapt to various situations with limited standardization.

- Proficient communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing) to interact effectively with guests and team members.

- Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Regular attendance and punctuality are crucial.

- Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks that require bending and stooping.

Required Certifications:
- Food handling certification/Serv-Safe certification.

- Responsible Beverage Server Training & ABC certification.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation:
Pay: $17.45 per hour
