Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Expertise: You will be expected to have comprehensive knowledge of our menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods. This includes being informed about daily specials and seasonal items, and making appropriate recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Order Management: Your duties will include taking and processing drink and food orders, delivering them to the kitchen, and serving them to customers in a timely manner. You will also assist in clearing tables and ensuring a clean dining environment.
  • Customer Service Excellence: You will address any customer concerns promptly, ensuring that every guest has a pleasant experience. This includes resolving issues related to food quality or service promptly and courteously.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Following established guidelines and safety protocols is essential to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
