At UCP of Arkansas, we are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Direct Care Specialist. This full-time position requires the ability to provide companionship care and protection to individuals with developmental or related disabilities.

We are looking for someone with a general knowledge and/or two years experience in working with mentally or physically disabled individuals. A competitive salary of approximately $42,000 - $60,000 per year is offered, depending on location and qualifications.

Responsibilities include providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for our clients.
