Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 3K Infant Toddler Unit team. As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will provide top-notch patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care to our infants and toddlers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and educational needs of our patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation, facilitating effective handovers and ensuring continuity of care.

Requirements:
  • A valid RN license in Arkansas or a compact state.
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in pediatrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
