Senior Director, Associate General Counsel, Market Access and Pricing

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director, Associate General Counsel, Market Access and Pricing to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. This is a hybrid role based in Parsippany, NJ, and will report directly to the SVP, General Counsel, US Commercial and TGO.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising the Company on the pricing, reimbursement, and access of our products in the U.S., as well as providing legal support to Government Affairs and Payor Marketing. This will involve partnering with Government Price Reporting, Finance, Market Access, Government Affairs, and Compliance and Ethics to provide legal support and training essential to their respective short- and long-term business functions and address, plan for, and/or resolve various and complex issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school and a minimum of 15 years prior experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department. You will also need to be admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey or able to obtain an in-house limited license. Pharmaceutical experience, either working in-house or supporting through private practice, is required, as well as strong proficiency in government price reporting including AMP, ASP, Best Price, Federal Supply Schedule, and 340B, and extensive knowledge of government healthcare programs (e.g., Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, VA, etc.).
