Inside Sales Representative

This position will support the sales effort as it relates to customer service and sales order processing. You will interact with the sales team, production team and logistics to ensure orders are on track to meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Process sales orders in an ERP system
- Act as the liaison between the shipping department and the customer
- Resolve customer-related issues
- Verify pricing and handle customer complaints
- 5 or more years' experience in customer service or inside sales
- Manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
- Salesforce experience preferred
- ERP software experience
